Celestron 12x50 Porro Prism Binoculars The image through these binoculars is very sharp and clear. They are very high quality. They're somewhat larger than I expected them to be, so I can't comfortably carry them around my neck when I'm hiking, so they're not appropriate to carry into the back country. But very nice binoculars for all other purposes. Decent Optics Poor Construction You get what you pay for. While the optics on these binoculars are a value for the money the construction leaves a lot to be desired. Any heavy use of these binos is more than likely beyond its limits. Got caught out in a very light drizzle and the resulting fog in the binoculars rendered them useless for over a week. Good value for better quality binocs Great unit, far better quality than most others in the $ range
